Exhibitors

Exhibition Booths are available and strongly encouraged for those wishing to showcase their products and services which are contributing to sustainment efficiencies and the reduction in fleet downtime.

Cost of Booth's (inclusive of GST):

• 3m X 2m = $1650.00

• 3m X 3m = $2000.00

Booths are erected on the exhibitor's behalf by Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) staff, and the above cost includes:

• Facia sign - 20 characters included. More can be purchased - POA

• 2 x lights

• 1 x power point

• 1 x dressed trestle table

• 2 x chairs

Please note that Exhibitors still need to register if they wish to attend the Conference technical presentations. The Exhibition Booth cost entitles the Booth Operator to morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. However, a catering charge of $200 applies to each additional Booth member.
