Payment for registration must be made prior to entry to the Conference.
Payment must be submitted with the completed Registration Form, and may be made by cheque or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to “Wadello Holdings Pty Ltd.”
The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration cost and must be added separately.
Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing no later than 5 July 2011 to effect refund. No refunds will be given after this date. However, a substitute person may attend in place of a delegate who cancels.
