Note: All costs are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Payment for registration must be made prior to entry to the Conference.

• Payment must be submitted with the completed Registration Form, and may be made by cheque or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to “Wadello Holdings Pty Ltd.”

• The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration cost and must be added separately.

• Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing no later than 5 July 2011 to effect refund. No refunds will be given after this date. However, a substitute person may attend in place of a delegate who cancels.
