The 2016 Aircraft Airworthiness and Sustainment (Australia) Conference is being held over 19-21 July at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a non-profit event for the benefit of all those who operate and sustain our aerospace vehicles, military or civilian, large or small, manned or unmanned. The target audience includes engineers, technicians, maintainers, owners, operators, analysts, scientists, logisticians and managers. This Conference focuses on all aspects of Airworthiness, Sustainment and Ageing Aircraft factors. See Conference Topics.
AA&S (Australia) is supported by the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), and as always, guest speakers will include representatives from our sister AA&S (US) Conference, reflecting a longstanding collaborative relationship with our allies in the airworthiness, ageing aircraft and sustainment community.
We also have the pleasure this year of welcoming the Queensland Branch of the Royal Aeronautical Society of Australia, Australian Division, to share the Conference Dinner with our AA&S delegates. The Sir Hudson Fysh dinner is in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Our dinner speaker this year will be AIRCDRE Terry Saunder Biography.
AA&S (Australia) seeks to inspire leadership values universally into our sustainment community, in all organisations, between organisations, and at all levels within those organisations. Regardless of our technical expertise, or our business prowess, only when we truly consider others in all that we do, will we make a difference enabling us to mutually succeed.
I look forward to meeting you at this very important event.
